The DEED GMC32 series CNC gantry machining center is equipped with an automatic indexing rotary table or spindle box, which can automatically rotate the angle, so that the workpiece can automatically complete the multi process processing of multiple planes or multiple angle positions after one clamping. The machining center can automatically change the spindle speed of the machine tool, the feed rate, the motion path of the tool relative to the workpiece and other auxiliary functions.
This type of DEED GMC32 series CNC gantry machining center has good rigidity and high precision. The spindle box components do not overhang and do not bear the deformation caused by bending moment during machining. Its frame in frame structure can achieve high-speed machining and high-speed positioning. The machining center is equipped with an exchange worktable. While the workpieces are processed on the worktable at the working position, the loading and unloading of other workpieces on the worktable at the loading and unloading position will not affect the normal processing workpieces.
