DEED GMC24 Series CNC Gantry Machining Center

GMC series: Deed developed this new precise gantry boring and milling machine center with Rottler. It is especially suitable for all industries’ metal machining of precise, high speed and heavy cutting. Such as mold parts, railway structural parts; large parts machining of energy, engineering, casting industry; railway bogie, large structural parts processing; processing of the planetary gear case, bearing bracket, parts of turbine engine and generator etc.

Overview

Our DEED GMC24 Series CNC gantry machining center adopts German UHPC news material and technology, which has strong vibration damping and thermal stability, ensuring stable physical and mechanical properties. Stable heavy duty bed and column to reduce deformation and enhance the stability of the machine. Optional closed automatic head magazine, each head can be exchanged automatically, and also optional with vertical and horizontal tool magazine to improve the machine automation capability and realize automatic multi-face machining.


Lightweight moving parts and high rigidity structure are designed to meet static rigidity and dynamic fast response, which is more conducive to improve the positioning accuracy and machining performance of the machine tool. Our DEED GMC24 Series CNC gantry machining center has high rigidity square slider with cross section of 400*400mm or 450*450mm, which can realize full stroke strong cutting in Z-axis. The high rigidity double-layer closed box structure and stepped guideway can reduce the deformation of the cross beam due to stress concentration and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
