Description:

DEED GMC37 series CNC gantry machining center refers to the machining center in which the Z axis of the main shaft is perpendicular to the table, which can be particularly used in manufacturing of large workpieces and workpieces with complex shapes.


The main components of DEED GMC37 series CNC gantry machining center are optimized by finite element analysis. The main cast iron is made of high-strength materials with stable metallographic structure. After sandblasting, tempering and other processes, the long-term accuracy of the machine tool is guaranteed. The gantry structure reduces the vibration of the machine tool during strong cutting and makes the machine tool rigid. Also, the beam is designed in the form of a ladder, which is suitable for strong cutting.
