The DEED GMC16 series gantry machining center is especially suitable for precision, high-speed and heavy cutting of metal and other parts in various industries, such as mold parts processing; Processing of aviation structural parts and railway structural parts; Processing of large parts in the energy, engineering and casting industries; Processing of railway knuckle and large structural parts; Processing of planetary gearbox, bearing pedestal, turbine and generator parts in the energy industry.
The tool of the DEED GMC16 series gantry machining center can complete milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping and three-axis linkage surface processing, and can add right angle milling cutter head according to customer requirements to achieve a clamping pentahedron processing. It can add self internal tool changing device on the basis of CNC boring machine or CNC energy machine, so that after the workpiece is clamped once, it can continuously complete the processing of multiple processes on the workpiece surface, with highly centralized processes.
