DEED GMC28 Series CNC Gantry Machining Center

GMC series: Deed developed this new precise gantry boring and milling machine center with Rottler. It is especially suitable for all industries’ metal machining of precise, high speed and heavy cutting. Such as mold parts, railway structural parts; large parts machining of energy, engineering, casting industry; railway bogie, large structural parts processing; processing of the planetary gear case, bearing bracket, parts of turbine engine and generator etc.

Product Information

The DEED GMC28 series CNC gantry machining center has strong shock absorption and thermal stability to ensure the stability of physical and mechanical properties. The machine adopts stable heavy bed and column, which can reduce deformation and improve the stability of the machine. The design of lightweight moving parts and high rigid structures can meet the static stiffness and dynamic fast response, which is more conducive to improving the positioning accuracy and processing performance of the machine tool.


The DEED GMC28 series CNC gantry machining center uses a high rigid square slider with a section of 400*400mm or 450*450mm, which can realize full stroke powerful cutting of the z-axis. High rigidity double-layer closed box structure and stepped guide rail can reduce the deformation of the beam due to stress concentration and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece. The machine is also equipped with an optional closed automatic tool head magazine. Each tool head can be automatically replaced, or a vertical horizontal tool magazine can be selected to improve the automation capability of the machine tool and realize automatic multi surface processing.
