VL series medium and light metal processing vertical machining center is basically the same in structure and processing technology, but the biggest difference between the two is that machining centers replace automatic tool changer and tool magazine, and CNC milling machines do not have this function. The vertical machining center has the function of automatic tool change, which can be changed according to the tool used during machining. It can change the tool at will to process different processes of the workpiece. One workpiece clamping can process multiple processes.
Features
The three servo axes of the VL series medium and light metal processing vertical machining center all drive the ball screw to rotate through the coupling through the AC servo motor to realize the three-axis linear movement. Moreover, its three coordinate moving parts are supported by the ball guide rail, and the main shaft adopts the belt structure. The disk type tool magazine of the machine is installed on the left side of the column, and the spindle is equipped with an automatic loosening tool device.
