The DEED VMC60B CNC vertical machining center is a highly automatic multi-function CNC machine tool with tool magazine and automatic tool change device. It is developed on the basis of CNC boring and milling machine. It is mainly suitable for processing complex workpieces such as plates, discs, moulds and shells. Its biggest processing feature is that it can centralize the drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes of the workpiece through the tool magazine and automatic tool change device when the workpiece is clamped at one time.
Features
DEED VMC60B CNC vertical machining centers are generally of bed type structure and integrally cast. The machine head moves up and down on the herringbone column through the sliding plate. The worktable part mostly adopts the cross sliding table mechanism, and the spindle speed is generally between 8000 r/min and 15000 r/min. Its spindle has high rigidity, which can not only finish the workpiece but also rough it.
