Machine bed：
1)The equipment adopts an overall inverted T structure, which not only effectively ensures the high rigidity and strength of the bed, but also facilitates the adjustment of the overall level of the bed. This also avoids the problem that the load bearing structure of the machine bed does not fully contact the ground, leading to the instability of the machine tool as a whole.
2) The column moves left and right along the bed to the x axis; The drive system is AC servo motor; The ball screw pair is directly connected through a precision coupling; The guide pair adopts two high rigidity linear rolling guide pairs. These configurations make the device have small dynamic and static friction coefficients, fast response, good positioning at high speed, and no creeping at low speed.
